As an independent insurance agent we represent a multitude of companies with a variety of plans. It shifts the focus from one company's strengths to choosing an insurance company that will work for your individual needs. Informed Choice was founded on the guiding principle of education. We understand not every person is the same and neither should your insurance, so we develop partnerships that allow us to help our clients make an informed decision(TM). Our Foundation Informed Choice opened in 1998 in Green Bay, and has since grown to serve thousands of satisfied clients living throughout the greater Northeast Wisconsin region as well as the Midwest. We offer a comfortable office setting for both personal appointments and informative group presentations. Our sales team is a group of highly-trained, well-experienced, licensed insurance agents. In addition to our sales team, Informed Choice has a full-time, in-house, highly-responsive, and knowledgeable customer service department. Our customer service department is dedicated to handling any insurance issue that may arise for our clients. Insurance Plans Offered As an independent life and health insurance agency, Informed Choice represents many insurance companies. The insurance companies we represent and the competitive products we offer vary - as do our clients. Most people arrive at our office in search of health insurance coverage. Many are interested because they're about to receive Medicare, or they may already be on Medicare but wanting to change plans. To best satisfy the individual needs and wants of Medicare beneficiaries, Informed Choice offers a competitive array of Medicare supplement, Medicare Prescription Drug and Medicare Advantage plans. We often help early-retirees and retirees (and their spouses) to find the best-suited health insurance coverage after moving off a group health plan. For those under 65 years of age, Informed Choice offers basic major medical health insurance plans that provide coverage for an individual or a family. In addition to more common health insurance needs, Informed Choice can offer you a variety of life insurance products, long term care, cancer insurance, short term medical insurance, dental and vision plans. |
