With over 20 years of experience in client services, operations, and team leadership, Elizabeth is passionate about making insurance easier to understand and helping people through every step of the process. She’s known for her approachable style and problem-solving skills. Before joining Informed Choice, she worked in healthcare operations and client solutions, where she led teams, improved processes, and supported fraud investigation efforts.  

Outside of work, you’ll find her at a concert, sporting event, golfing, or traveling. Elizabeth lives in De Pere with her husband and their adult daughter. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and has completed training in emotional intelligence, servant leadership, positive leadership, and crucial conversations.
