Caleb has three years of experience in the health insurance industry and before that thirteen years of pastoral ministry experience. He is passionate about guiding his clients well as they navigate through choosing options for their healthcare.  

Caleb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in pastoral studies from Northland International University and a Master of Divinity degree from The Master’s Seminary. He lives in the Green Bay area and he and his wife have 4 children. They enjoy boating, sports of many kinds, biking and exploring.  

As a Sales Associate for Informed Choice, he is positioned to educate clients on the basics of Medicare and Medicare options. He is a licensed Health and Life insurance agent for both Wisconsin and Florida and assists individuals with Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Life Insurance. Caleb is committed to providing his clients with the knowledge and options they need in order to truly make informed decisions.
