Informed Choice, LLC was formed in 1998 to help seniors make informed decisions about
their health insurance options.
Mission Statement: Informed Choice is committed to educating seniors about their health
care choices in an environment in which they feel comfortable. We are dedicated to providing
complete information in integrity, allowing consumers to truly make informed decisions.

- All the Options: Informed Choice is the only independent agency in Northeastern
Wisconsin licensed to sell all the different types of Medicare plans (traditional
Medicare supplements, Medicare Select plans and Medicare Advantage plans). Informed

- Unbiased Information: Informed Choice Medicare options representatives are
non-commissioned sales people. Therefore, they can give you unbiased information.
They get paid the same every month weather you decide to purchase a plan with a high or
low commission rate. Therefore, there is no reason for our sales force to try to push
one product over the other, just represent the facts…unlike some agents who may only
have one plan to sell.
- Educational: Informed Choice continually presents cutting-edge information at their
monthly workshops. The Medicare 101 workshop is designed to educate seniors (or
their children) who are just becoming eligible for Medicare…the basics.
The Medicare Changes workshop is to keep our clients updated on the ever-changing
world of Medicare and how it will affect them. These workshops are always free to
our clients.
