Kelly comes to Informed Choice with over 25 years of customer service experience in various medical office settings. She is a Green Bay, WI native who returned home 11 years ago, after having lived and worked in Mississippi, North Carolina, and Florida. She decided to brave the cold again to be closer to family, especially her son and two grandsons.

Kelly’s main goal each day at Informed Choice is to be sure the clients she interacts with have the best possible customer service experience.

When not at work, Kelly enjoys traveling, reading, music, and spending time with family and friends.
